Family Day - Watched Avatar again !! -

It's Family Day for a beautiful Sunday (24 Jan)~ I bought movie tickets for Avatar at Times Square as I promised them right after the 1st time I watched it (17th Dec 2009, the day it was released).

The decorations for CNY at Times Square is very beautiful, especially the small "olden-days china street" is very attractive... I took a few photos of the decorations and my family.

The movie's showtime is 9.10pm so we went there early to have our dinner and a little walk... We had our dinner in a restaurant beside the 3rd floor cinema. Honestly, the food was bad, i wont go there for a 2nd time, ever!! During the little walk after dinner, I found out that TS got a lot shops selling the jackets I'm looking for. o(>v<)o   Gonna have a good shopping spree before CNY with Tammy to get them!!

As for the movie... There's only one word I can describe it... FANTASTIC !! I really love that movie so so sooo much that after watching it the 2nd time with my family, the thought of watching it again came to me, the feeling is the same as I watched it during the 1st time... I'll never get tired watching it again and again....
Just like what I felt before, the scene of the movie is really very beautiful (specially the night scenes), the forest, the reality of the characters (the Na'vi-an), the living creatures, the landscape, the Pandora planet, it's everything that makes the movie so great and wonderful. I really can't find proper words to describe the feeling I have for the movie, cuz I love the movie too much....
ARGH !!! I REALLY LOVE THAT MOVIE FOR GODSAKE !!! (can you understand how I feel?  XD )
*Whatever I'm typing inside here is just a review of my own...

 Avatar is a 2009 American science fiction epic film written and directed by James Cameron and starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez and Stephen Lang.
The film is set in the year 2154, when humans are mining a precious mineral called unobtanium on the lush moon Pandora in the Alpha Centauri star system. The colonists' expansion threatens the continued existence of the Na'vi—a sentient humanoid species which is indigenous to Pandora—as well as the moon's ecosystem.
The film's title refers to the genetically engineered Na'vi bodies used by several human characters to interact with the natives of Pandora.

Sam Worthington as Corporal Jake Sully, the film's protagonist, is a disabled former Marine who becomes part of the Avatar Program. His military background helps the Na'vi warriors relate to him.

Although can't be seen clearly, but the plants of the forest at night are lit in neon lights~
Zoe Saldana as Neytiri, the film's female Na'vi protagonist, princess of the Omaticaya, the Na'vi clan central to the story, who is attracted to Jake because of his bravery. The character, like all the Na'vi, was created using performance capture, and its visual aspect is entirely computer generated.

Jake Sully in his Avatar learning the life of the Na'vi, and Neytiri is assigned to teach him.

It is a very beautiful place, and the scene reminds me of an Anime from Ghibli Studio - 空中之城

Watched Legion with my besties~

I went to watch Legion with my besties, Tammy & Isaac, Jenny & Alex, on last saturday nite at Cheras Leisure Mall. Before the show starts, we went to have our dinner at Sushi King cuz Alex is a vegetarian so we do not have much choices in choosing restaurant to have meal. Actually I do not want to have dinner at Sushi King (cuz I'm broke), but Jenny insist to have our dinner there and Isaac say he will pay in advance for my behalf, so I gave in. Well, dinner's bill was rounded up by 5 ppl, each person RM 30 (another RM 30 for Sushi King... /(>A<)\ )

Okay... As for the movie, overall it's quite nice. The movie is quite exciting and some disgusting scenes (it is labeled 18PL)...

The movie's plot :
After God loses faith in humanity, the archangel Michael (Paul Bettany), who has become a fallen angel, is the only one standing between mankind and Armageddon. This time using angels to execute the Last Judgment, God's wrath descends on Earth to exterminate the world's population. In a desperate, last-chance gambit, Michael leads a group of strangers in a small New Mexico diner to become unlikely heroes to protect a young pregnant waitress (Adrianne Palicki). Ultimately, Michael sacrifices himself to protect Charlie and Jeep from archangel Gabriel, but Gabriel catches up with them and tries to kill the baby, but is stopped by Michael who God has resurrected as an Archangel. Apparently Michael's actions have restored God's faith in humanity and he has given Michael a second chance. Michael defeats Gabriel and heads back to Heaven with him, leaving Jeep to protect Charlie and the baby who will grow up to lead humanity out of the darkness of the Apocalypse that has occurred.

This the hall decoration of Cheras Leisure Mall.
The hall is full of PINK tanglungs, it makes the whole mall turns into PINK too...
I wonder why they put PINK tanglungs but not the traditional RED tanglungs, if I'm not mistaken it's the theme for CNY + Valentine's day.

I like the decorations, they decorate with Plum flowers and pink tanglungs.
It brings out the CNY + Valentine theme - Blossom season of spring and the Valentine pink...

My working experiences as a Graphic Designer...

Well, since my friend says she want to see the artworks I have done so far as a graphic designer, so I just post a few artworks of which I have created for the previous company and my current company...

Actually I dont have much artwork done. The 1st company I stay was a design company, but almost all of the designs were done by my boss and I was a newbie at that time. So I dont have the chance to do my own design yet, and I'm still not confident in my own work. The 2nd company was a printing company, so my job is convert the artwork from the clients send it to the printer (wat a simple job... but damn busy!!).

The 3rd company I stay was a Manga magazine company. The magazine I worked on is call "Kreko", besides that we also have other manga magazines published in the market like "Arena" and "漫画周刊". The best thing working in this company was getting free manga magazines and I get to read the latest episodes of mangas. It's really very nice working there, but the work is kinda boring sometimes. My job was actually scan and edit the manga, and I were given 2 color page to design with photos and info provided by editor. I wanted to post up my work here but I do not have the soft copy at the moment, maybe I'll post them later on when I scanned it.

After leaving the 3rd company, I joined this charity organization name "Pertubuhan Amal Seri Sinar". This organization mainly collects recyclable goods donated from the publics and donate/sells them. The profits are donated to help the poors and needy all over Malaysia including giving free medical services and food supplies. They also promote the message of "Go Green" to save the earth environment, and they run tree planting activities. The organization's motive is very good, it teaches the public the importance of recycling which can save the endangering earth environment we have neglected always alongside with it we can help those in need too, it is very meaningful.

The video were also played during the Anniversary Dinner.
It's a great video of an introductory of the organization and an interview with the chairman.

As for my current company, it's a health product company. The main company is in Taiwan, and my boss is a Taiwanese. We have a lot of sub-companies & showrooms in Malaysia, including Hong Kong. Most of the health products were imported from Taiwan. I can say that a lot of the health products are really good. I recommend the "Brazil Green Propolis" as a very good health care product (can be bought from other health store). It strengthen one's body immune systems and can cure a lot of illness, specially works well on high blood pressure, Hyperglycemia (high blood sugar), high cholesterol, joint pain. I'm getting one bottle for my daddy as his coming birthday present at the end of this month.

Dreaming Hard~ >.<|||

I had this weird dream on 18 JAN 2010, Monday night right after my Japanese language class...

I was dreaming about all the contents I studied during the class earlier... I'm not dreaming about the process of the class, but I'm actually revising myself, I was dreaming so hard cuz I'm thinking as well... o(>.<")o

I was dreaming so hard that I feel like I'm not sleeping at all... When I woke up, the revision is still running in my mind.... After a while only I make myself stop thinking....

This was the weirdest and hardest dream I ever had all my life... Anyway, this proves that I'm really working hard on my studies~ Hahahaa XD

* I don't want to have this kind of dream anymore... It really kills me... /(=.=")\

the GazettE~

While posting in this blog, im surpose be working and 20 mins to 6 pm... But... I'm just falling in fantasy with the GazettE and specially Uruha-sama...

Ahahahaaa... Other than loving GACKT, the GazettE is one of my fav too.. So unbelievable how deeply in love with them... I still remember the 1st time I knew them, it was a piece of interview with a big photograph almost the size of 2 full pages of the magazine. I saw them in the "KERA" magazine. The 1st attraction was actually the cool design(in dark blue) of the page and after that the beautiful band members - Uruha & Kai makes me fall in love at 1st sight...

So... Here I am getting crazy over them. LOL... And gratefully, I meet this cute little Rukiholic gal "Julien" whom is also craze for the GazettE... Really having fun chatting with her... I'm really glad to hv meet u Sweetie Julien ^^ We really shares a lot of our love for the band and some little personals~

Let's continue release our love for "the GazettE"~ Gaze Rock is Not Dead!

Busy days~

Actually i dont hv anything special or interesting to post about... Maybe just to update my current status...

Life getting busy and much more meaningful~ I started my Japanese language class on 4th Jan 2010 together with another gal as my partner... Suppose I planned to attend 2 classes a week which means 8 classes a month. But unfortunately, my partner quited after 2 classes... T.T so I hv to reduce my classes to 1 class/week due to the fees changes.. Let me explain: The fees for group study is cheaper than individual class. I really cant afford the fees after my partner left the group.. Anyway, there is still an advantage to study alone cuz I dont hv to coordinate with her learning pace. So I can learn faster due to im a fast learner and I got some basic already...
Btw, I'll be taking the Japanese language test at September which my sensei will help me apply.. So~ got to study hard now.. Really damn lot of things to memorise >.<
I know I can do it~ Ganbatte masu !!

As for my work ar... Hmm~~ cant say easy or hard. Cuz... if really hv to say, I dont hv much work to do.. At the moment I hv to create a new product catalogue for my company, and I hv another college to help me out so things go fine...

The worst thing to say is I hv to work in this coming Sunday, 17th Jan 2010.. My company is having an event.. Really work straight down the whole week... They will also be holding a company dinner on 30th Jan 2010 which suppose is holiday, and the dinner starts at 12pm!! Should I say it's a lunch not dinner... LOL Hontoni taihen desu ne~~ =.=

Well... There's another one last thing I want to mention about... I hv been taking this new slimming product - D'tone & D'green.. It works and I dropped 4 kgs by now.. Can see some changes significantly(specially tummy and tights)~ Really very happy lor... Hahahaa~ XD If really works well.. U guys can try it nia ^^

Let's work hard to achive our goals in 2010~~ Let's fly high!!

Restless night... Mindful of GACKT (LOL)

It's 5 am in the morning and I cant rest my eyes while my mind go rumbling with lots of thoughts and I need to go work in another 3 hours time... >.<"

"Wat are u thinking till u cant sleep??" u must be thinking...
Well, the main reason was becuz I just woke up at 7pm.. And another reason was, my mind is full of GACKT and his songs keep playing in my head!!!

Im not those ppl that will really go crazy for an Idol, but GACKT did. I dono y!??(Im already thinking y) Is it his face? I admit, he is very handsome.. Indeed, he has the kind of face I love! LOL... The truth is, I nvr done so for other singers I love, not even Lee Hom. The most I'll do is just look up for all their songs but not going thru all their details(maybe i do look for their photos)!! It's really crazy of me... But I like it!(crazy) XD Well.. I'll just leave this to my crazy thoughts for the moment...

Actually, I nvr thought of posting this in blog.. But when I open my eyes after the "countless" turn over on my bed, i saw the moonlight that shines into my room, It gives me the motive to blog(to share wat's in my mind)...

Did I ever tell anybody that I love the sky?? Specially at night! I love to see the stars twinkling in the darkness.. I love to see the moon glows brightly in the sky and shines in thru my window... I can stare at the moon for the whole night and let the moonlight showers me.. I bet no one knows that, cuz i nvr tell anybody... And that's the reason I always wanted to go to the beach, cuz I once saw the sky full of stars by the beach till now I can nvr forget...

My dear friends, shall we go Pulau Redang some day ???
