I found this website PlusTG - Dream Selfy which can create cute avatar,
which originated from a game "Tinier Me".

It got lots of hairstyles, cloths, accessories, backgrounds & etc for u to choose...
They are just sooo kawaii which i can make a hundreds of them all with different outlook!

Do take a try on them!!
Im sure if u like making avatars, u will find this addicting!!
